I dispatch items from Poland within about 7-14 days of payment. Note that this may vary depending on the amount of orders I have to make.
Shipping times (approximates) with the Polish Express National Post:
Poland : 2-3days
EU : 3-5 days
USA and Canada : 5-9 days
Australia : 5-15 days
Rest of the world : approx. 2 weeks
Shipping is done every day from Monday to Friday.
Packages can get held up in Customs, this is out of our control. If your package does not arrive within 14 business days of shipment please contact us.
* We are not Responsible for lost / damaged parcels.
** We do not refund for any international shipments That are lost in transit.
Buyers are responsible for all duties, taxes, levies or fees incurred at point of entry to the buyer's country. Outside EU customs clearance procedures can be required, which can cause delays for which I can' be responsible for.
